DTEK ENERGY plans to launch a pilot project to implement SPPs: study of the environment and external needs along the supply chain

DTEK ENERGY is preparing to implement one of the largest projects aimed at restoring Ukraine&#39;s energy sector - the construction of gas turbine plants. The search and selection of a contractor will be carried out in several stages.

As part of the first stage, DTEK ENERGY is looking for a contractor to develop feasibility studies for three industrial sites in different regions of Ukraine (based on existing coal-fired power plants).&nbsp;

The scope of work includes the assessment of feasibility, costs (CAPEX and OPEX) and operating models of new gas turbine plants. 
DTEK ENERGY plans to build the plants in 2 main stages: 
1. Highly flexible open-cycle gas turbines to be implemented by the end of 2027. 
2. Further conversion/modernization of the constructed open-cycle gas turbines into combined-cycle gas turbines to be implemented in the period of 2028-2030

A detailed scope of work with interim results will be available during the bidding process on DTEK ENERGO&#39;s internal platform - SAP ARIBA - as part of the second stage of the search and selection of a contractor.

DTEK ENERGY is looking for potential companies to develop and implement a WMS solution: &quot;Warehouse Management System&rdquo;, which aims to increase the efficiency and reliability of the warehouse infrastructure and achieve the following indicators:

The Digital Warehouse solution uses a number of modern technologies, including: 
&bull; Internet of Things (IoT): Sensors and devices that collect data about goods and storage conditions. 
&bull; Barcodes and RFID: Allows you to accurately track the movement of goods in a warehouse. 
&bull; Cloud computing: Provides access to data at any time and from any device.

The introduction of a digital tool helped to tie automatic photo fixation of transport and cargo to documents for a batch of timber and lumber. This will reduce tax risks by UAH 4.4 million per year. Additional savings for the company from effective logistics planning will reach 400 thousand hryvnias.

The introduction of an innovative approach to warehouse management provides greater transparency in processes thanks to a custom notification system and instant updates on the status of cargo acceptance. The integration of a digital signature using a DIGITAL PIN with the Vchasno service provides online control over the status of incoming streams.

Currently, businesses need to meet the needs of consumers quickly and efficiently. Market conditions dictate increased requirements for logistics and warehouse operations. The new approach provides the ability to automatically track and manage inventory in real-time without errors, which applies not only to the B2C but also to the B2B sector.
