As part of a set of measures to restore the buildings of thermal power plants damaged by the armed aggression of the Russian Federation, DTEK ENERGY is preparing to hold a tender to find manufacturers of rolled metal structures and contractors to perform complex works on the installation of roofs at TPPs.

DTEK ENERGY is looking for suppliers and contractors to carry out complexes of works on the installation of TPP roofs  

Thanks to the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), the Energy Security Project (ESP) was created to help Ukraine on its way to energy independence.

In the context of the fight against Russian energy terrorism, when Ukraine&#39;s energy sector facilities are subject to systematic shelling and destruction, ESP organizes joint efforts to restore energy infrastructure, including DTEK Energy&#39;s TPPs. 
As part of the ESP implementation, Tetra Tech ES, Inc. is conducting tenders to find and select suppliers of vital equipment and materials for energy recovery, such as autotransformers, generators, steel pipes, and more.

DTEK ENERGY would like to inform you that we need the services of an international logistics operator with branches in Ukraine, Poland and, preferably, the UK for the transportation of a Modular Processing Plant with a capacity of 100 tons per hour on the route &quot;Port of Gdansk, Poland - Pavlohrad Warehouse, Ukraine&quot;.

The scope of services includes:

<ul>
	<li>Control of cargo loading into the Containers at the factory, labeling, compliance with the accompanying documents, coordination of documents with the Customer in the UK.</li>
	<li>Services of the Recipient Port of Gdansk, Poland; (Acceptance of cargo by weight and quantity according to the CCD);</li>
	<li>Services of forwarding (without unloading) of containers from the vessel Port of Gdansk, Poland to the address of the Consignee in Ukraine;&nbsp;</li>
	<li>Placement, consolidation of cargo at a customs warehouse in Poland (if necessary);</li>
	<li>Formation of a register of received cargo items, weighing and measuring dimensions (if necessary);</li>
	<li>Formation of transport consignments for shipment by road (if necessary);</li>
	<li>Obtaining a certificate of transportation (origin) EUR-1, ORIGINAL;</li>
	<li>Obtaining a certificate of Non manipulation certificate in Poland (if necessary);</li>
	<li>Registration of the Complete object in the customs authorities of Ukraine;</li>
	<li>Transportation of the Goods to the Consignee along the route Gdansk, Poland - Pavlohrad, Ukraine;</li>
	<li>Customs clearance in the country of transit - Poland;</li>
	<li>Customs clearance in Ukraine;</li>
	<li>Cargo insurance along the entire delivery route covering the value of the Cargo.</li>

DTEK ENERGY is looking for suppliers for TPPs restoring

DTEK ENERGY is looking for potential companies to develop and implement a WMS solution: &quot;Warehouse Management System&rdquo;, which aims to increase the efficiency and reliability of the warehouse infrastructure and achieve the following indicators:

<ul>
	<li style="text-align: justify;">Real-time control of warehouse operations, minimizing the human factor: improving the accuracy of warehouse operations, improving the level of material flow processing and optimizing the time of warehouse operations;</li>
	<li style="text-align: justify;">Minimizing vehicle downtime during unloading/loading;</li>
	<li style="text-align: justify;">Reduction of inventory turnover rate.</li>
</ul>

DTEK Energy, together with the IT company MODUS X, implemented the Digital Warehouse solution, which is aimed at transforming procurement processes and warehouse logistics. DTEK Pavlogradugol&#39;s timber processing base was the first base with an updated approach to warehouse management.

The Digital Warehouse solution uses a number of modern technologies, including: 
&bull; Internet of Things (IoT): Sensors and devices that collect data about goods and storage conditions. 
&bull; Barcodes and RFID: Allows you to accurately track the movement of goods in a warehouse. 
&bull; Cloud computing: Provides access to data at any time and from any device.

The introduction of a digital tool helped to tie automatic photo fixation of transport and cargo to documents for a batch of timber and lumber. This will reduce tax risks by UAH 4.4 million per year. Additional savings for the company from effective logistics planning will reach 400 thousand hryvnias.

The introduction of an innovative approach to warehouse management provides greater transparency in processes thanks to a custom notification system and instant updates on the status of cargo acceptance. The integration of a digital signature using a DIGITAL PIN with the Vchasno service provides online control over the status of incoming streams.

Currently, businesses need to meet the needs of consumers quickly and efficiently. Market conditions dictate increased requirements for logistics and warehouse operations. The new approach provides the ability to automatically track and manage inventory in real-time without errors, which applies not only to the B2C but also to the B2B sector.
