Please note that DTEK ENERGY actively uses a factoring system in its settlements with suppliers, which, over many years of experience, has proven itself to be one of the most effective and stable tools in business relations. In this article, we will answer the main &ldquo;financial&rdquo; questions in the &ldquo;language of purchasers.&rdquo;

What is factoring?

Factoring is a set of financial services for suppliers who cooperate on deferred payment terms. First and foremost, it is financing a supplier by&nbsp; purchasing&nbsp; from&nbsp; them&nbsp; the right&nbsp; to&nbsp; monetary&nbsp; claims against the buyer under the contract. The bank finances the supplier for goods shipped, services provided, and work performed.

What are the advantages of factoring?

<hr />
When using deferred payment, suppliers receive payment within 30-120 days after delivery of goods or completion of work. When switching to factoring financing, the supplier receives up to 90% of the total amount on the 2nd-5th day after delivery or completion of work. Quick receipt of funds increases the supplier&#39;s liquidity and reduces currency, credit, and other cash flow risks. Repayment of debt under factoring agreements is always the top priority.

From July 1, 2025, at the warehouses of the Pavlogradvugillia as part of the experimental and industrial operation of the &ldquo;Digital Pass&rdquo; software, it is planned to&nbsp; switch to the use of an electronic unloading planning system and&nbsp; electronic passes for unloading at the warehouses of the Pavlogradvugillia.

Access for unloading will be granted exclusively with electronic passes. 
In order to gain access to the system, we ask you to verify the registration data for your companies by the specified date in accordance with the information letters sent to your address.

DTEK ENERGY, in order to ensure the sustainability of the supply chain of its Supplier Partners, together with D.SOLUTIONS, is considering opportunities to implement pilot projects to implement integrated energy efficiency solutions with the installation of solar power plants

DTEK ENERGY plans to launch a pilot project to implement SPPs: study of the environment and external needs along the supply chain

DTEK ENERGY is preparing to implement one of the largest projects aimed at restoring Ukraine&#39;s energy sector - the construction of gas turbine plants. The search and selection of a contractor will be carried out in several stages.

As part of the first stage, DTEK ENERGY is looking for a contractor to develop feasibility studies for three industrial sites in different regions of Ukraine (based on existing coal-fired power plants).&nbsp;

The scope of work includes the assessment of feasibility, costs (CAPEX and OPEX) and operating models of new gas turbine plants. 
DTEK ENERGY plans to build the plants in 2 main stages: 
1. Highly flexible open-cycle gas turbines to be implemented by the end of 2027. 
2. Further conversion/modernization of the constructed open-cycle gas turbines into combined-cycle gas turbines to be implemented in the period of 2028-2030

A detailed scope of work with interim results will be available during the bidding process on DTEK ENERGO&#39;s internal platform - SAP ARIBA - as part of the second stage of the search and selection of a contractor.
