DTEK ENERGY announces a search for a vendor to implement an AI chatbot for suppliers

Dear Partners,
DTEK ENERGY is launching a vendor selection process to develop and implement an artificial intelligence–based chatbot (AI Assistant). The process comprises three sequential stages:

Stage 1 – RFI: Conducting a Request for Information to collect data on AI Assistant technical solutions available on the market, taking into account the Customer’s current business requirements. Based on the analysis of the data received, the Customer will refine and update the business requirements and technical criteria.
Stage 2 – RFP#1: Conducting a tender to collect detailed technical proposals based on the updated requirements. Following review and evaluation of the technical proposals submitted by potential vendors, the Customer will form a shortlist of Participants to be invited to Stage 3. As part of the evaluation, Demo Days may be organized for solution demonstrations.
Stage 3 – RFP#2: Collection of commercial (price) proposals from the shortlisted Participants. The winner will be selected based on the criterion of the best price offer among those proposals that fully comply with the Customer’s business and technical requirements (technical specification).
