Dear Partners! DTEK ENERGO LLC is continuing the vendor selection process for the development and implementation of an AI-based chatbot (AI assistant). The process consists of three consecutive stages:

Stage 1 – RFI: Conducting a procedure to gather information on AI assistant technical solutions available on the market, taking into account the Client’s current business requirements. Based on the analysis of the data received, the Client will refine and update the business requirements and technical criteria.
Stage 2 – RFP#1: Conducting a tender to collect detailed technical proposals based on the updated requirements. Based on the review and evaluation of the technical proposals received from potential vendors, the Client will compile a shortlist of Participants who will be invited to participate in Stage 3. As part of the evaluation, Demo Days may be organized to demonstrate the solutions.
Stage 3 – RFP#2: Collection of commercial proposals from shortlisted participants. The winner will be selected based on the best price offer among those proposals that fully meet the Client’s business and technical requirements (technical specifications).
