What is factoring?

Factoring is a set of financial services for suppliers who cooperate on deferred payment terms. First and foremost, it is financing a supplier by&nbsp; purchasing&nbsp; from&nbsp; them&nbsp; the right&nbsp; to&nbsp; monetary&nbsp; claims against the buyer under the contract. The bank finances the supplier for goods shipped, services provided, and work performed.

What are the advantages of factoring?

When using deferred payment, suppliers receive payment within 30-120 days after delivery of goods or completion of work. When switching to factoring financing, the supplier receives up to 90% of the total amount on the 2nd-5th day after delivery or completion of work. Quick receipt of funds increases the supplier&#39;s liquidity and reduces currency, credit, and other cash flow risks. Repayment of debt under factoring agreements is always the top priority.

Dear Partners! DTEK ENERGO LLC is continuing the vendor selection process for the development and implementation of an AI-based chatbot (AI assistant). The process consists of three consecutive stages:

Stage 1 &ndash; RFI: Conducting a procedure to gather information on AI assistant technical solutions available on the market, taking into account the Client&rsquo;s current business requirements. Based on the analysis of the data received, the Client will refine and update the business requirements and technical criteria. 
Stage 2 &ndash; RFP#1: Conducting a tender to collect detailed technical proposals based on the updated requirements. Based on the review and evaluation of the technical proposals received from potential vendors, the Client will compile a shortlist of Participants who will be invited to participate in Stage 3. As part of the evaluation, Demo Days may be organized to demonstrate the solutions. 
Stage 3 &ndash; RFP#2: Collection of commercial proposals from shortlisted participants. The winner will be selected based on the best price offer among those proposals that fully meet the Client&rsquo;s business and technical requirements (technical specifications).

DTEK ENERGY is launching a vendor selection process to develop and implement an artificial intelligence&ndash;based chatbot (AI Assistant). The process comprises three sequential stages:

Stage 1 &ndash; RFI: Conducting a Request for Information to collect data on AI Assistant technical solutions available on the market, taking into account the Customer&rsquo;s current business requirements. Based on the analysis of the data received, the Customer will refine and update the business requirements and technical criteria. 
Stage 2 &ndash; RFP#1: Conducting a tender to collect detailed technical proposals based on the updated requirements. Following review and evaluation of the technical proposals submitted by potential vendors, the Customer will form a shortlist of Participants to be invited to Stage 3. DTEK ENERGY plans to launch a pilot project to implement SPPs: study of the environment and external needs along the supply chain

DTEK ENERGY is preparing to implement one of the largest projects aimed at restoring Ukraine&#39;s energy sector - the construction of gas turbine plants. The search and selection of a contractor will be carried out in several stages.

As part of the first stage, DTEK ENERGY is looking for a contractor to develop feasibility studies for three industrial sites in different regions of Ukraine (based on existing coal-fired power plants).&nbsp;

The scope of work includes the assessment of feasibility, costs (CAPEX and OPEX) and operating models of new gas turbine plants. 
DTEK ENERGY plans to build the plants in 2 main stages: 
1. Highly flexible open-cycle gas turbines to be implemented by the end of 2027. 
2. Further conversion/modernization of the constructed open-cycle gas turbines into combined-cycle gas turbines to be implemented in the period of 2028-2030

A detailed scope of work with interim results will be available during the bidding process on DTEK ENERGO&#39;s internal platform - SAP ARIBA - as part of the second stage of the search and selection of a contractor.
