DTEK ENERGY is looking for potential companies to develop and implement a WMS solution: &quot;Warehouse Management System&rdquo;, which aims to increase the efficiency and reliability of the warehouse infrastructure and achieve the following indicators:

<ul>
	<li style="text-align: justify;">Real-time control of warehouse operations, minimizing the human factor: improving the accuracy of warehouse operations, improving the level of material flow processing and optimizing the time of warehouse operations;</li>
	<li style="text-align: justify;">Minimizing vehicle downtime during unloading/loading;</li>
	<li style="text-align: justify;">Reduction of inventory turnover rate.</li>
</ul>

The search for contractors is carried out on the ZAKUPIVLI.PRO platform. Both companies that have ready-made products and solutions for the implementation of WMS and companies that are ready to develop a new solution in accordance with the Customer&#39;s requirements are invited to participate.

Based on the feedback received and the questionnaires from the participating companies, DTEK ENERGY specialists will select a long list of companies that will be invited to participate in the next stage - the Demo Day. 
During the Demo Day, the participants will be given the opportunity to demonstrate the proposed solution and answer questions from the Customer&#39;s representatives.

Based on the results of the Demo Days, a short list of potential participants will be formed, who will be invited to commercial negotiations for participation in the project.&nbsp;

Modern market relations between sellers and buyers in both B2B and B2C procurement require players to constantly develop and improve. If the main criterion for the development of procurement in a company is its efficiency, then digitalization is the best tool to help achieve it.

One of the most effective modern digital solutions for businesses is SAP Ariba, the world&#39;s largest B2B trading platform used by more than 3 million companies with a total annual turnover of more than $1.6 trillion.

DTEK Energy&#39;s Procurement Directorate, together with the Deloitte team, is completing the first stage of SAP Ariba implementation, namely the Ariba Sourcing and Ariba SLP modules. The SAP Ariba trading platform will replace the internal one &ndash; SAP SLC/Sourcing.

DTEK Energy informs that there is a need for the services of an international logistics operator with branches in Ukraine, Poland, and, preferably, in the United Kingdom for the transportation of a Modular Concentrator with a capacity of 100 tons/hour along the route &quot;Port of Gdansk, Poland &ndash; Pavlograd Warehouse, Ukraine&quot;.

The scope of services includes: 
&bull; Services of the Recipient Port of Gdansk, Poland; 
&bull; Container unloading services from the Port of Gdansk, Poland (incl. DTHC, destaffing); 
&bull; Placement, consolidation of cargo in a customs warehouse in Poland; 
&bull; Formation of a register of received packages, weighing and measurement of overall dimensions; 
&bull; Formation of transport consignments for shipment by road; 
&bull; Obtaining a certificate of transportation (origin) EUR-1/ORIGINAL; 
&bull; Obtaining a Non manipulation certificate in Poland; 
&bull; Registration of the Complete Object in the customs authorities of Ukraine; 
&bull; Transportation of the Cargo to the Consignee on the route Gdansk, Poland &ndash; Pavlograd, Ukraine; 
&bull; Customs clearance in the country of transit - Poland; 
&bull; Customs clearance in Ukraine; 
&bull; Cargo insurance along the entire delivery route with coverage of the cost of the Cargo

DTEK Energy, together with the IT company MODUS X, implemented the Digital Warehouse solution, which is aimed at transforming procurement processes and warehouse logistics. DTEK Pavlogradugol&#39;s timber processing base was the first base with an updated approach to warehouse management.

The Digital Warehouse solution uses a number of modern technologies, including: 
&bull; Internet of Things (IoT): Sensors and devices that collect data about goods and storage conditions. 
&bull; Barcodes and RFID: Allows you to accurately track the movement of goods in a warehouse. 
&bull; Cloud computing: Provides access to data at any time and from any device.

The introduction of a digital tool helped to tie automatic photo fixation of transport and cargo to documents for a batch of timber and lumber. This will reduce tax risks by UAH 4.4 million per year. Additional savings for the company from effective logistics planning will reach 400 thousand hryvnias.

The introduction of an innovative approach to warehouse management provides greater transparency in processes thanks to a custom notification system and instant updates on the status of cargo acceptance. The integration of a digital signature using a DIGITAL PIN with the Vchasno service provides online control over the status of incoming streams.

Currently, businesses need to meet the needs of consumers quickly and efficiently. Market conditions dictate increased requirements for logistics and warehouse operations. The new approach provides the ability to automatically track and manage inventory in real-time without errors, which applies not only to the B2C but also to the B2B sector.
