We continue to search for an international logistics operator for DTEK ENERGY

Dear Suppliers,

DTEK ENERGY would like to inform you that we need the services of an international logistics operator with branches in Ukraine, Poland and, preferably, the UK for the transportation of a Modular Processing Plant with a capacity of 100 tons per hour on the route "Port of Gdansk, Poland - Pavlohrad Warehouse, Ukraine".

The scope of services includes:

• Control of cargo loading into the Containers at the factory, labeling, compliance with the accompanying documents, coordination of documents with the Customer in the UK.
• Services of the Recipient Port of Gdansk, Poland; (Acceptance of cargo by weight and quantity according to the CCD);
• Services of forwarding (without unloading) of containers from the vessel Port of Gdansk, Poland to the address of the Consignee in Ukraine; 
• Placement, consolidation of cargo at a customs warehouse in Poland (if necessary);
• Formation of a register of received cargo items, weighing and measuring dimensions (if necessary);
• Formation of transport consignments for shipment by road (if necessary);
• Obtaining a certificate of transportation (origin) EUR-1, ORIGINAL;
• Obtaining a certificate of Non manipulation certificate in Poland (if necessary);
• Registration of the Complete object in the customs authorities of Ukraine;
• Transportation of the Goods to the Consignee along the route Gdansk, Poland - Pavlohrad, Ukraine;
• Customs clearance in the country of transit - Poland;
• Customs clearance in Ukraine;
• Cargo insurance along the entire delivery route covering the value of the Cargo.
