Search for an international logistics operator for DTEK Energy

Dear Suppliers,

DTEK Energy informs that there is a need for the services of an international logistics operator with branches in Ukraine, Poland, and, preferably, in the United Kingdom for the transportation of a Modular Concentrator with a capacity of 100 tons/hour along the route "Port of Gdansk, Poland – Pavlograd Warehouse, Ukraine".

The scope of services includes:
• Services of the Recipient Port of Gdansk, Poland;
• Container unloading services from the Port of Gdansk, Poland (incl. DTHC, destaffing);
• Placement, consolidation of cargo in a customs warehouse in Poland;
• Formation of a register of received packages, weighing and measurement of overall dimensions;
• Formation of transport consignments for shipment by road;
• Obtaining a certificate of transportation (origin) EUR-1/ORIGINAL;
• Obtaining a Non manipulation certificate in Poland;
• Registration of the Complete Object in the customs authorities of Ukraine;
• Transportation of the Cargo to the Consignee on the route Gdansk, Poland – Pavlograd, Ukraine;
• Customs clearance in the country of transit - Poland;
• Customs clearance in Ukraine;
• Cargo insurance along the entire delivery route with coverage of the cost of the Cargo
